Dear Sir, Recently i have purchased HONDA CRV 1.6 AWD from Prime Honda Patparganj, Honda Show Room. I have booked the vehicle on 10TH July 2019 and got delivered on 4th Sep 2019. the delay is from my side only because i purchased it in handicapped category where the GST concession letter issued by Ministry of Heavy Industry and Public Enterprises on 30.08.2019. During these days from the booking to delivery the STAFF of Prime Honda was very friendly, co-operative always in a mood to give solutions to my doubts, my problems & to my issues. Even they have interfered in HI&PE Ministry for getting GST Concession Certificate for me. They have attended my calls in odd timings, Holidays and after office hours to suppress my eagerness by providing appropriate answers to my questions. Especially Sh. Kuldeep Nadar who handled my entire case from the booking (He convinced me for booking of CRV 1.6 AWD) to delivery is very professional, experienced and composed sales person. He extended all offers from Honda car India side and as well as from his prime Honda side to satisfy the customers by providing maximum benefits to the customers.Here i also mention Sh.Nandan Jha for his guidance and kind help. After this purchase i have an opinion that the prime Honda is different from all Honda agencies around Delhi & NCR and it is customer oriented. It is giving utmost priority to the customers that is the reason the staff has been trained accordingly. We are spending so much time,efforts and money for behavioural issues, change of attitudes, organisational culture development,customer relations etc... I frankly say that kindly interact with Prime Honda staff, definitely you will save all the above. Finally my experience is so warm, highly delighted, and very happy in the end.
